Ok, here’s a link to a free piece of software I personally find invaluable, it’s called “Cool Timer” and you can use it to provide a countdown timer for whatever you’re doing online.

So, if you need to spend 10 minutes or perhaps 30 minutes doing something, there’s no excuse now to ensure you stick to the allotted time.
