I just read a thought provoking blog post by Laurie The Traveller.
I’m warning you know it’s a long read but I found it a very interesting one indeed. In it she dispenses advice for free but rightly ascribes a price tag of $997 to it. Indeed it could of course be argued the advice is priceless and timeless in it’s own right and it shows you how you can have a postive response to negative personal power.
We all have negative thoughts from time to time, but many of us dwell on them for far too long - thus magnifying their results and asking for more of the same to come hit us in the chops again and again.

Whilst you cannot ignore such thoughts, you can put them in their rightful place - one such mantra is given by Laurie:

“I wouldn’t doubt it for all the money in the world but I simply cannot think that way, okay? okay? okay? okay? okay? OKAY!, then STFU!”

STFU?
